The Office of the Chief Justice invites qualified and dedicated candidates to apply for the position of Administration Clerk (DCRS). This is a permanent government post based in Johannesburg. No experience required – a great opportunity for recent matriculants!
Minimum Requirements: Office of the Chief Justice
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent national qualification
- Court-related work experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem–solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to operate DCRS/CRT machines and manage documents
Key Responsibilities: Office of the Chief Justice
- Prepare courtrooms before proceedings
- Operate and monitor digital court recording systems (DCRS)
- Ensure accurate documentation of court proceedings
- Provide administrative support in circuit courts
- Collect and compile court statistics
- Assist with court performance and case flow management
- Support HR, Finance, and Supply Chain departments as required
