About the Learnership Programme
The CETA SANRAL Learnership Programme 2025 is an exciting opportunity for young South Africans to gain nationally accredited skills and qualifications in the construction industry. Hosted by BoTong Civils in collaboration with the African Global Skills Academy (AGSA) and the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), this programme aims to develop future leaders and skilled workers in construction and infrastructure development.SANRAL Learnership Programme 2025

With full attendance throughout the program, successful applicants will receive free training, on-the-job experience, and a monthly stipend.
Available Learnerships
Participants will enroll in one of the following CETA-accredited qualifications:
- National Certificate: Construction Contracting (NQF Level 2)
Ideal for those new to construction seeking foundational knowledge. - National Certificate: Building and Construction (NQF Level 3)
Equips learners with intermediate construction skills for employment or entrepreneurship. - Further Education and Training (FET) Certificate: Supervision of Construction Processes (NQF Level 4)
Focuses on leadership and supervisory roles within construction projects.
Requirements for Entry
To apply, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old
- Documents Required:
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Grade 11 report or a certified matriculation certificate (certified within the last three months)
- Copy of a South African ID that has been certified (within the past three months)
- Residence: Mnquma Local Municipality residents will be given preference.
- Inclusion: Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Stipend & Benefits
- A monthly stipend is provided, contingent upon full attendance of all classroom and practical learning activities.
