To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Experience: 1–2 years of cleaning experience in a formal work environment.
- Additional Skills:
- Stock-taking experience.
- Knowledge of First Aid and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Understanding of proper hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Punctuality, neatness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities : SANParks Jobs
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Daily Cleaning Duties:
- Cleaning offices, restrooms, reception areas, hallways, and open spaces.
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste in designated collection areas.
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Meeting and Boardroom Preparation:
- Setting up boardrooms and meeting areas.
- Arranging refreshments as required.
- Stock and Supply Management:
- Controlling and monitoring cleaning materials.
- Replenishing consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Assisting with stock issuing, receiving, and stocktaking.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Reporting any abnormalities or maintenance issues.
- Handling lost property according to established procedures.
- Adhering to OHS regulations and emergency protocols.
- Additional Tasks:
- Assisting with ad hoc duties as requested by the supervisor.
- Covering relief schedules when needed.
