Manage incoming calls daily and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer and route calls to the correct extensions each day.
Handle a steady stream of upset customers professionally.
Report any issues with phone lines promptly.
Place outgoing calls for employees as needed.
Greet walk-in customers daily, listen to their concerns, and refer them to the correct managers.
Review and record complaints in SAP daily.
Receive and distribute deliveries to the appropriate staff members.
Oversee incoming faxes and ensure proper handling.
Record monthly usage for fax and copier machines and submit reports to the service provider.
Ensure correct usage of copier and fax machines to prevent misuse.
