Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to provide hospitality, food, and beverage services for functions and events within the South African Reserve Bank (SARB).
Key Responsibilities : Hospitality Services Assistant Jobs
- Set up, clear, and prepare meeting rooms, work cafés, boardrooms, and function venues
- Serve food and beverages in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in work areas
- Ensure adherence to ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and OHS&E standards
- Provide courteous service to customers, visitors, and colleagues
- Report shortages or breakages of cutlery and crockery
- Handle lost and found items according to SARB procedures
- Proactively identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Work independently and resolve issues on-site
Essential Requirements – Hospitality Services Assistant Jobs
- Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in a hospitality-related environment
- Advantage: Previous experience in the hospitality industry
