What is a Free Learnerships 2025?
A learnership is a training programme that includes both theoretical and practical components. The National Qualifications Framework (NQF) is the goal of training, which takes place over a 12-month period with the intention of developing particular skills or competencies. 1. The Student
Every learnership will have prerequisites that the learner must meet to be considered for the opportunity.
2. The Employer
The employer is responsible for sponsoring and providing the work experience component of the learnership. Learners will receive workplace training, guidance, and mentoring to help them understand and carry out their roles in the organization for the duration of their learnership.
3. The Provider of Training
The training provider “provides the learner with theoretical or institutional training in accordance with the qualification.” This is done in a classroom or online setting.
