- Knowledge Sharing & Projects: Engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives and projects to enhance role-specific skills and career exploration
- Development Plan Management:
- Complete training assignments as part of the graduate development plan
- Attend training sessions to improve competencies and skills
- Manage personal development to enhance professional growth
