Delivery Methods
1. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL acknowledges skills and knowledge gained outside formal education, including work and life experience. If a candidate meets the qualification’s exit-level outcomes, they may exempt certain training modules.
2. Full 12-Month Learnership
- 30% theoretical training (3 months classroom-based)
- 70% practical workplace experience (9 months)
- Competency assessment on both theory and practical components
