Are You Someone Who Has: Call Centre Jobs South Africa
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Long-term insurance customer service experience
- Assisted customers via email or phone, guiding them on policy changes as per their instructions
- Knowledge of retentions
You Are an Ideal Candidate If You Can:
- Demonstrate 1–3 years of experience in a long-term insurance call center
- Provide a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Communicate effectively with outstanding telephone skills
You Can Be a Match If You: Call Centre Jobs South Africa
- Have insurance call center experience
- Excel in clear and professional communication
