Pam Golding Properties is seeking an agent residing in the Western Seaboard (Parklands / Sunningdale) area. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable car, as well as mobile and laptop devices. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide guidance to sellers and buyers in property marketing and purchasing.
– Understand clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
– Conduct negotiation processes, advise on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. – Perform comparative market analysis to determine property values.
– Market real properties to potential buyers.
– Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts and listings.
– Maintain and update property listings.
– Network with attorneys and mortgage lenders.
– Promote sales through various channels.
– Stay informed about real estate markets and industry best practices.
Key Competencies:
– Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
– Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
– Trustworthy and pleasant demeanor.
– Strong organizational skills for managing multiple properties simultaneously.
– Willingness to take on responsibility and travel, as well as spend time out of the office.

Education & Experience:
– Matric qualification required.
Successful candidates will be based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
