Key Requirements – PERSONNEL OFFICER HR OPERATIONS
To qualify for this role, you need:
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate) – No prior work experience is required.
- Knowledge of:
- Compensation Fund objectives and operations.
- HR planning procedures and recruitment processes.
- Relevant legislation (COIDA Act, Public Service Act, PFMA, OHS Act, etc.).
- Stakeholder and customer relations (Batho Pele Principles).
- Skills Required:
- Technical proficiency (HR systems).
- Business writing (reporting, correspondence).
- Data capturing (accuracy and efficiency).
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Personnel Officer (HR Operations), your role will include:
- Managing Vacancy Filling – Assisting with job postings, shortlisting, and appointment processes.
- HR Information System Administration – Ensuring accurate employee data records.
- Recruitment & Selection Support – Coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- HR Records Management – Maintaining confidential employee files securely.
