- Collecting and recounting data collection tools including OPD tick registers, headcount registers, theatre and delivery registers.
- Tracking complaints and relevant data on PEC (Patient Experience of Care) and PSI (Patient Safety Indicators).
- Capturing data on multiple platforms such as webDHIS, Tier.net, and SAP HIS.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient and institutional data.
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Complying with PMDS (Performance Management and Development System) requirements including contracting, reviews, and assessments.
