• Collecting information from various wards within the institution.
• Verifying the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of HTS (HIV Testing Services) registers collected from HTS counsellors.
• Capturing patient files and PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) data daily on Tier.net.
• Identifying data inconsistencies and communicating with the wards, escalating issues to the operational manager as necessary.
• Collecting and recounting data collection tools including OPD tick registers, headcount registers, theatre and delivery registers.
• Tracking complaints and relevant data on PEC (Patient Experience of Care) and PSI (Patient Safety Indicators).
• Capturing data on multiple platforms such as webDHIS, Tier.net, and SAP HIS.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient and institutional data.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Complying with PMDS (Performance Management and Development System) requirements including contracting, reviews, and assessments.
