Set of working responsibilities
We are searching for a fastidious Information Captor to join our group in Johannesburg. The effective applicant will be answerable for confirming and catching information, guaranteeing exactness and honesty in all documentation processes. Key liabilities include:
- Confirming information precision from assigned sources before section.
- Distinguishing and revising any information mistakes in a joint effort with managers.
- Catching information into the SAM framework and performing twofold checks.
- Filtering and conveying records to the Arranging Division and MCC.
- Recording expert hours everyday and overseeing Undertaking Cards.
- Shutting and conveying followed through with Responsibility Cards and Work Packs to the Arranging Division.
Requirements
- Schooling: Grade 12 or same.
- Experience: Least of 2 years in information catch; insight with SAM is worthwhile.
Abilities:
- Capable in Microsoft Office (Word, Succeed, Viewpoint).
- Extraordinary composing abilities.
- Solid comprehension of specialized airplane distributions and documentation.
- Conscientious with great relational abilities.
- Brilliant verbal and composed relational abilities.
- Accessibility: Ready to work movements, ends of the week, and public occasions as required.
