✅ Minimum Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience: 0–2 years in a warehouse environment (training provided for some roles)
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Forklift or Reach Truck license (for driver positions)
- Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
- Deadline-driven
- Basic math & Excel knowledge
- Availability: Must be willing to work day/night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays
📋 Duties & Responsibilities
Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
1️⃣ General Worker
- Ensure overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock is returned to the warehouse promptly.
2️⃣ Picker
- Accurately pick stock for stores based on picking slips.
3️⃣ Cycle Counter
- Track and verify stock quantities in the warehouse.
4️⃣ Forklift/Reach Truck Driver
- Load/unload trucks, move pallets, and stack goods safely.
5️⃣ Auditor
- Inspect stock for damages, check expiry dates, and ensure accuracy before dispatch.
6️⃣ Combiner
- Combine stock on pallets and shrink-wrap them for delivery.
